Bill Carmouche originally founded Carmouche Medical Sales in 1997 and later incorporated as Medical Dynamics, Inc. in 2003.

Medical Dynamics is dedicated to providing innovative medical products and solutions that are designed to improve patient care while reducing healthcare costs. MDI sells, rents and services respiratory related products to the acute care, LTACH, sub-acute, long term care, homecare and EMS transport markets as well as providing comprehensive solutions for the Newborn area of the hospital.

Our professional sales team is unparalleled in the market place and is well known for introducing cutting edge technologies. Our products are fully supported with on site in-servicing and training by our staff, along with a network of trained clinicians. We locally stock and supply the accessories and disposables, as well as, offer local repair and maintenance support for all of the products we sell. Our rental division provides as-needed rentals, rent-to-own and leasing programs to give our customers immediate access to capital equipment.

The California Society for Respiratory Care (CSRC), as an affiliate of the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC), is a non-profit professional organization, whose mission is to represent and encourage excellence in the art and science of cardiopulmonary support.

CMIA
The California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA) is dedicated to the promotion, education and information exchange of the state's clinical biomedical engineering community. Profesions span the gamut of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET) to Biomedical or Clinical Engineers (BME or CE) and their management.
